That hope, surprisingly, is seaweed.
Seaweed is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet and actively regenerates the ecosystems where it’s grown. Yet most of us don’t consume it daily. Since launching in 2022, The Daily Bites have helped women support hormonal balance, sustain all-day energy, and nurture gut health through a truly food-based supplement.
